Do provide Beach towel?
Beach Towels are available free of charge.
Are there massage services at the hotel?
Massage services are available on the beach of the hotel.
When and where do I have my breakfast?
Breakfast is available at the restaurant from 08.00-11.00. We also have the option to get breakfast in the room (no extra charge) and in the swimming pool of your room.
Is it possible to have 2 single beds in the room?
No, we don’t have any room with 2 single beds, but we can add an extra bed without any charge for 2 people occupancy.
Are there large bedroom (King Size)?
All our rooms get a King Size bed.
Is pet allowed to be check-in?
Yes, we accept pet at the hotel, there is a fee of 100 THB per night for a pet.
Do the hotels provide Honeymoon or Anniversary package?
Yes, Promotional package for guests who would like to celebrate various occasions are available. Please check with the hotel you would like to book with for more information.
What is the Check-in and Check-out time?
The usual Check-in time after 14:00 and Check-out time before 12:00 (Midday). Of course, we would try our best to make available the rooms for your arrival. However, we cannot guarantee in advance since rooms will be subjected to availability the night before.
Is a young child allowed to share the Bed?
Yes, children with age less than or equal to 6 is allowed to share the bed.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
Yes, every booking includes breakfast.
Can I request a non-smoking room?
All our bungalows are no smoking area. Smoking is permitted at beach side, garden and restaurant.
Can I request for additional bed?
Yes, you may request 1 additional bed per room. Please contact the Front office of the hotel for more information or book directly through our hotel website by choosing number of Adults and Children.
Are airport pickups available for late night flight arrivals?
Skip the long queues in front of the taxis and enjoy a private transfer from Koh Samui Airport to our resort. We will bring you fast and safely to La Perle. Relax with an air-conditioned private minibus transfer for up to 8 peopleAll you need is to book our Transfer service. Choose the Arrival date and time, type number of people and select! The fee will be added automatically on your booking.
